One goal — simply stated… “We Prepare Athletes”.
The Fit 2 Play objectives:
-To develop movement quality, in terms of mobility, stability & movement skill together with strength, power and conditioning work, as a foundation for long-term athletic preparedness and development which will be accomplished through a mulit-phase program to accommodate the entire year.
-Create an awareness of the training process as the basis for their long-term understanding and empowerment.
-Develop In-season/off-season plan which will differ depending on age group, development and FMS scores.
In order for this to become a reality, each of you MUST adhere to a strict balance of work, recovery, practice and performance. It is important to acknowledge pain, dysfunction and the need for additional regeneration along the way.
